10. Milk circuit anomalies
ANOMALY DESCRIPTION
Lack of, or partial, frothing
The milk circuit is still full of residue at
end of dispensing
The delivery spout is clogged with milk
residues
The milk suction tube is still full at end of
dispensing
POSSIBLE CAUSES
a) solenoid valves Ear1/Ear2 failed and/or not electrically connected
b) insufficient opening of air regulators
c) milk temperature >5°C (only valid for cold milk)
d) milk pre-frozen in storage stage
e) solenoid valve Elf3 does not ensure the non-return of washing liquid to the milk container
a) break in water supply circuit
b) solenoid valve Elf1 failed or disconnected
c) volumetric pump failed or disconnected
d) incorrect WM4 set to NO
a) break in water supply circuit
b) solenoid valve Elf1 failed or disconnected
c) volumetric pump failed or disconnected
d) WM4 set to NO
e) incorrect programming of short cold wash from last dispensing
f) emptying time set not sufficient
g) failure to restore the ambient pressure due to siphon in the discharge tube
h) the presence of a siphon in the milk suction tube
