POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Heating element disconnected or
faulty
• KTY faulty
• Board faulty
• The temperature sensor is
disconnected or faulty
• The temperature sensor wiring is
disconnected.
• There is a CPU card malfunction
• The resettable safety thermostat
has intervened.
• The heating element has been
disconnected.
• The Triac card is malfunctioning.
• The heating element wiring and/or
Triac control is disconnected
• Level probe failure; boiler
overfilled.
• Resistance always powered.
• The Triac card is malfunctioning.
• Pressure sensor faulty
• The water supply has been cut
off.
• Refill EV failure
• Wiring interrupted
• Card failure
• Level sensor dirty or faulty

INTERVENTIONS
Open the machine
- Check cabling
- Check heating element
- Replace the KTY
- Replace the slave CPU board
• Check or replace the sensor
• Check cabling
• Replace the CPU card
- Let the machine cooling and then reposition the
thermostat pin in the working position.
- Check the resistance (boiler heating element) is
correctly powered.
- Check the TRIACS electrical connections and that they
are working properly.
- Substitute the broken TRIAC. Replace the CPU card
• Check the level probe
• Check cabling
• Replace the Triac card
• Replace pressure sensor
• Check the connection at the water supply.
• Check/replace the Evc solenoid valve.
• Check cabling
• Check or replace level sensor
• Replace the CPU card.
