Adjustment threshold MM1: This is a deviation with respect
to the desired dispensing time beyond which the grinding is
adjusted. Expressed in seconds, can be set from 1 to 3 sec.
Adjustment threshold MM2: This is a deviation with respect
to the desired dispensing time beyond which the grinding is
adjusted. Expressed in seconds, can be set from 1 to 3 sec.
Q Ref. MM1: Flow expressed in ml/s (from 0.1 - 34.9). This can
be set by self-learning after 5 coffees or by entering the value.
Q Ref. MM2: Flow expressed in ml/s (from 0.1 - 34.9). This can
be set by self-learning after 5 coffees or by entering the value.
SELECTION REF MM1: selection of the reference for calculating
the average for the MM1 grinder

Pull the hopper closing device (H) towards the front of the machine.
SELECTION REF MM2: selection of the reference for calculating
the average for the MM2 grinding machine
MM1 Correction Dose: percentage change of the coffee dose at
each movement of the grinders, relative to each recipe associated
with MM1 (between 0% and 2.5%, with increments of 0.1%).
MM2 Correction Dose: percentage change of the coffee dose at
each movement of the grinders, in relation to each recipe associat-
ed with MM2 (between 0% and 2.5% with increments of 0.1%).
Note: The standard figure 0.5% is appropriate only for espresso
coffee type beverages. For other types of beverages, the value
must be set on the basis of the grinder changes relative to the
difference in the grinder position, to be determined with weighing
operations.
