POSSIBLE CAUSES
No communication with slave
CPU board.
• There is excessive stress during
functioning.
• Rotor blocked
• Pump motor faulty
• Steam/water services used
simultaneously with milk heating,
especially with low operating
pressure or low power.
• Incoming water is particularly cold.
• Dissolved gas in the water being
released in the service boiler.
• The sensor is electrically
disconnected.
• The sensor is malfunctioning.
• There is a CPU card malfunction
• The resettable safety thermostat
has intervened.
• The heating element wiring and/
or Triac control is disconnected
• The heating element has been
disconnected.
• Triac board or CPU slave malfunction.
• Thermocouple disconnected/
faulty
• Board failure
• KTY disconnected or faulty
• Malfunctioning card

INTERVENTIONS
Check wiring, connections and power supply of the slave
CPU. If the problem error persists, replace the slave CPU.
If the error occasionally occurs check the cleanliness of
the hydraulic circuit;
If the error often occurs replace the pump motor.
- Check hardness and PH of the water entering the
machine and the water treatment system.
- Activate the cycle to reset the boiler pressure.
- Open the machine
- Check cabling
- Replace the sensor
- Replace the card
- Open the machine
- Check if the safety thermostat has been triggered, and
reset it if necessary
- Check if there are interruptions or detached fastons on the
cabling
- Check that the boiler resistance is not interrupted and
replace it if necessary
- Replace the Triac card
Open the machine
- Check cabling
- Replace the thermocouple
- Replace the card
Open the machine
- Check cabling
- Replace the KTY
- Replace the card
