Per rimontare il regolatore si possono
eseguire in senso inverso le operazioni
descritte per lo smontaggio, ponendo
particolare attenzione all'orientamento del
coperchio inferiore

Prima di rimontare gli elementi di tenuta
(anelli
o-ring,
membrane,
necessario
controllarne
eventualmente sostituirli. E' opportuno
inoltre assicurarsi che la membrana
perfettamente
inserita
alloggiamento, e che il movimento del
gruppo stelo-otturatore non sia impedito.
Si ribadisce la massima cura che deve
essere prestata nel manipolare la sede
valvola
, per non danneggiarne i bordi

Zum Wiederzusammenbau des Reglers können

Reihenfolge
ausgeführt
besonders darauf geachtet werden muss, dass
der untere Membrangehäusedeckel
ausgerichtet ist, dass das innere Impulsröhrchen
mit der Öffnung am Membrangehäusedeckel
übereinstimmt. Bevor Dichtelemente (O-Ringe,
Membranen usw. ...) wieder montiert werden,
sollten sie auf ihren guten Zustand kontrolliert
und ggf. ersetzt werden. Außerdem sollte man
sich vergewissern, dass die Membrane
ganz genau in ihrem Sitz eingepasst ist und dass
die Innenteile der Ventilschaft-Stellgliedeinheit
vollkommen frei beweglich sind.
Wir betonen nochmals, dass der Ventilsitz
sehr sorgfältig zu behandeln ist,

damit die Dichtkanten nicht beschädigt werden.
