APPARECCHIATURE
I collegamenti tra l'apparecchiatura e la
tubazione devono essere eseguiti con tubo
di acciaio inox o rame, avente un diametro
minimo interno di 8mm per Dival 50-75 -
100-125 e 12 mm per Dival 160-250.
INSTALLAZIONE IN LINEA

Il regolatore va installato sulla linea
orientando la freccia sul corpo nel senso
del flusso del gas.
Per ottenere una buona regolazione è
indispensabile che la posizione delle prese di
pressione di valle e la velocità del gas nel
punto di presa rispettino i valori indicati nelle
tabelle 3 e 4 (posizionamento) e 5 (velocità).
Il regolatore, quando viene utilizzato in
stazioni di riduzione della pressione del gas,
deve essere installato almeno secondo i
requisiti richiesti dalle norme EN 12186.
Tutte le prese di possibile sfiato di gas
dovute ad eventuali
sensori/membrane, devono
convogliate secondo norme EN 12186.
Allo scopo di evitare il raccogliersi di
impurità e condense nei tubi delle prese di
pressione si consiglia:
a) che i tubi stessi siano sempre in
discesa verso l'attacco della tubazione
di valle con una pendenza all'incirca del
5-10%;

The regulator must be installed in the line
with the arrow on the body pointing in
the gas flow direction.
It is indispensable for good regulation for
the position of the downstream pressure
take-offs and the speed of the gas at the
take-off point to respect the values given
in tables 3 and 4 (positioning) and 5
(speed).
The pressure regulator, when installed on
a reducing station, shall be installed at
least according to the requirements of
standard EN 12186.

GERÄTE
Der Anschluss zwischen
Hauptleitung ist mit einer Rohrleitung aus
rostfreiem Stahl oder aus Kupfer mit einem
Mindest-Innendurchmesser von 8 mm für
die Regler Dival 50-75 - 100-125 - bzw. von
12 mm für Dival 160-250 auszuführen.

Beim Einbau in die Rohrleitung ist die
Durchflussrichtung zu beachten, sie ist durch
einen Pfeil auf dem Gehäuse dargestellt.
Zum Erreichen einer optimalen Regelfunktion muss
neben der Position der Impulsanschlüsse in der
Ausgangsdruckleitung entsprechend den Bildern
von Tabelle 3 und Tabelle 4 auch die
Gasgeschwindigkeit des Gases am Impulsanschluss
entsprechend Tabelle 5 eingehalten werden. Wenn
der Regler in Gas-Druckregelanlagen verwendet
wird, sollte er mindestens den Anforderungen der
DIN EN 12186 entsprechend installiert werden.
Alle Anschlüsse, an denen durch defekte Sensoren
bzw. Membranrisse gegebenenfalls Gas abströ-
men kann, sind gemäß den Angaben in der DIN EN
12186 abzuleiten.
Um das Ansammeln von Schmutz und
Kondensat in den Impulsleitungen zu vermei-
den, wird empfohlen:
a) dass diese immer mit einem Gefälle
von 5-10% zu den Anschlüssen an
der Ausgangsdruckleitung hin verlegt
werden,
