MODULARITÀ
La concezione di tipo modulare dei
regolatori della serie DIVAL assicura la
possibilità di applicare la valvola di blocco
allo stesso corpo senza modificarne lo
scartamento, anche in tempi successivi
all'installazione del regolatore.
Inoltre con l'installazione di un particolare
dispositivo si rende il regolatore atto al
funzionamento con monitor in linea.
4.1
VALVOLA DI BLOCCO
INCORPORATA LA/...
E' un dispositivo (fig. 10-11) che blocca
immediatamente il flusso del gas se, a causa
di qualche guasto, la pressione di valle
raggiunge il valore prefissato per il suo
intervento, oppure se lo si aziona
manualmente.
Per il regolatore di pressione DIVAL esiste la
possibilità di avere la valvola di blocco
incorporata sia sul regolatore di servizio
come pure su quello con funzione di
monitor in linea. Sono disponibili tre
versioni (LA/BP, LA/MP e LA/TR) in funzione
dei campi di pressione di intervento.
Le principali caratteristiche di questo
dispositivo di blocco sono le seguenti:
• pressione di progetto coperchi: 18 bar;
• intervento
per
incremento
diminuzione di pressione;
• precisione AG: ± 5% sul valore di taratura
per aumento di pressione; ± 15% per
diminuzione di pressione;
• dispositivo di by-pass interno;
• dispositivo di sgancio manuale a
pulsante.

MODULARITY
The modular-type conception of DIVAL
series regulators means that it is also
possible to fit the slam-shut incorporated
with the body itself even after the installation
of the regulator.
Furthermore, the regulator can be adapted
for operation as an in-line monitor by
installing a special device.
4.1
LA/.. INCORPORATED SLAM-SHUT
This is a device (fig. 10-11) which
immediately blocks the gas flow if, because
of
some
downstream pressure reaches the point set
for its intervention, or if it is actuated
manually.
With the DIVAL pressure regulator, the
slam-shut can be incorporated on both the
service regulator or on the in-line monitor.
Three versions (LA/BP, LA/MP and LA/TR)
are available depending on the intervention
pressure ranges.
The main features of the slam-shut device
are as follows:
• cover design pressure: 18 bar;
• intervention for pressure increase and/or
decrease;
• intervention accuracy AG: ± 5% of the set

point for pressure increases; ± 15 % of
the set point for pressure drops;
• internal by-pass device;
• manual button-operated actuating device

BAUKASTENSYSTEM
Durch das modulare Konzept der Baureihe
DIVAL ist es möglich, ohne Veränderung der
Einbaulänge am gleichen Gehäuse auch
nachträglich
ein
Sicherheitsabsperrventil anzubauen.
Außerdem eignet sich der Regler durch eine
spezielle Vorrichtung für den Einsatz als ein
in Reihe geschaltetes Monitor-Regelgerät.
4.1
INTEGRIERTES SICHERHEITSAB-
SPERRVENTIL LA/..
Das Sicherheitsabsperrventil (SAV) (Fig. 10-
11) dient zur sofortigen Unterbrechung des
Gasdurchflusses, falls der Regeldruck
infolge einer Störung einen voreingestellten
Auslösedruckpunkt erreicht oder falls das
SAV von Hand ausgelöst wird.
Der Druckregler DIVAL kann in beiden
Versionen, als Betriebsregelgerät und auch als
in Reihe geschaltetes Monitor-Regelgerät, mit
einem integrierten SAV ausgestattet werden.
Je nach Ansprechdruckbereich sind drei
verschiedene SAV-Versionen lieferbar (LA/BP,
LA/MP und LA/TR).
Die

Merkmale
Sicherheitsab-sperrventils sind:
• zul. Druckbeanspruchung Membrangehäuse:
18 bar
• Auslösung bei Druckanstieg und/oder
Druckabfall
• Ansprechgruppen AG: Ansprechgruppe
oben (AG): ± 5% auf den Regeldruck;
Ansprechgruppe unten (AG): ±15% auf
den Regeldruck
• Eingebautes Bypassventil
• Handauslösung mittels Druckknopf.
