B) Per dispositivi sprovvisti della valvola
"push" (fig. 17) è consigliabile collegare
separatamente la testata di comando ad
una pressione ausiliaria controllata e
ripetere le operazioni qui sopra descritte.
ATTENZIONE
Al termine dell'operazione ricollegare la
testata di comando alla presa di
pressione di valle.
N.B.: E' consigliabile ripetere le prove di
intervento almeno ogni 6 mesi.
Al termine delle operazioni di verifica del
blocco, procedere come segue:
1)
assicurarsi che il blocco sia in posizione
di chiusura;
2)
scollegare la presa di impulso del
regolatore principale 2 e tappare
opportunamente il raccordo sul tronco
di valle;
3)
aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
intercettazione V1;
4)
aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
blocco tirando l'apposita bussola
filettata;
5)
controllare, mediante il manometro 5,
che la pressione di valle si assesti al
valore previsto di taratura del monitor
1, tenendo conto della sovrapressione
di chiusura;
6)
aprire il rubinetto di sfiato 6;
7)
controllare, mediante il manometro 5,
che la pressione di valle abbia il valore
di taratura prefissato. In caso contrario
aggiustare
la
taratura
sull'apposita ghiera interna, ruotandola
in senso orario per aumentare e in
senso antiorario per diminuire;
8)
fare intervenire manualmente la valvola
di blocco;
9)
collegare la presa di impulso del
regolatore principale;
10) aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
blocco ruotando l'apposita leva;
11) controllare, mediante il manometro 5,
che la pressione di valle si assesti al
valore
previsto
di
regolatore principale 2, tenendo conto
della sovrapressione di chiusura;
12) aprire il rubinetto di sfiato a valle;
13) controllare, mediante manometro 5,
che la pressione di valle abbia il valore
di taratura prefissato.
In caso contrario, aggiustare la taratura
agendo sull'apposita ghiera interna,
ruotandola in senso orario per
aumentare ed in senso antiorario per
diminuire;

B) On devices without the "push" valve (fig.
17) we recommend connecting the
control head separately to a controlled
auxiliary pressure and repeat the
operations described above.
At the end of the operation, reconnect the
control head to the downstream pressure
N.B.: The intervention tests should be
repeated at least every 6 months.
At the end of the slam-shut check, proceed
as follows:
1)
ensure that the slam-shut is in the
closed position;
2)
disconnect the sensing line of the
main regulator 2 and appropriately
plug the connection fitting on the
downstream section;
3)
very slowly open the on/off valve V1;
4)
very slowly open the slam-shut by
pulling the provided theaded bushing;
5)
check on the pressure gauge 5 that the
downstream pressure is at the set-
point established for the monitor 1,
taking
overpressure;
6)
open the bleed cock 6;
7)
check on the pressure gauge 5 that the
downstream
established setting value. If it does
not, adjust the setting by means of the
special internal ring, turning it

clockwise to increase its value and
anticlockwise to it;
8)
trip the slam-shut manually;
9)
connect the sensing line of the main
regulator;
10) very slowly open the slam-shut valve
by turning the provided lever;
11) check on the pressure gauge 5 that the
downstream pressure settles at the
set-point estab-lished for the main
regulator 2, taking account of the
closing overpressure;

B) Bei Anlagen ohne Prüfventil "Push" (Fig. 17):
Impulsleitung lösen und Prüfleitung am SAV-
seitigen Anschluss anschließen; weiteres
Vorgehen wie oben beschrieben.
ACHTUNG
Nach erfolgter Prüfung Impulsleitung wieder
anschließen und nach der Inbetriebnahme
des SAV auf Dichtheit prüfen.
Hinweis: Wir empfehlen, die Überprüfung der
SAV-Auslösung mindestens alle 6 Monate zu
wiederholen.
Nachdem die Überprüfung des Sicherheitsab-
sperrventils beendet ist, ist folgendermaßen
weiter vorzugehen:
1)
Sicherstellen,
dass
Sicherheitsabsperrven-til in Schließstellung
ist;
2)
die Impulsleitung des Betriebsregelgerätes 2
demontieren und die Anschlussöffnung an
der Ausgangsdruckleitung dicht verschließen;
3)
ganz langsam das Absperrorgan V1 öffnen;
4)
das Sicherheitsabsperrventil ganz langsam
durch Ziehen an der dafür vorgesehenen
Gewindehülse in Betriebsstellung bringen;
5)
am Manometer 5 prüfen, ob sich der Aus-
gangsdruck auf den für den Monitorregler
vorgesehenen Druck stabilisiert, wobei der
zusätzliche Schließdruck zu berücksichtigen
ist;
6)
den Entlüftungshahn 6 öffnen;
7)
am Manometer 5 prüfen, ob der
Ausgangsdruck
den
Einstellwert aufweist. Andernfalls die
Einstellung durch Drehen der inneren
Einstellschraube im Uhr-zeigersinn zur
Erhöhung und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zum
Reduzieren verstellen;
8)
das Sicherheitsabsperrventil von Hand
auslösen;
9)
die Impulsleitung des Hauptreglers wieder
anschließen;
10) das Sicherheitsabsperrventil ganz langsam
durch Ziehen an der dafür vorgesehenen
Gewindehülse in Betriebsstellung bringen;
11) am Manometer 5 prüfen, ob sich der ür den
Hauptregler 2 vorgesehenen Einstelldruck
stabilisiert, wobei der zusätzliche Schließdruck
zu berücksichtigen ist;
12) den Entlüftungshahn in der Ausgangsleitung
öffnen;
13) am Manometer 5 prüfen, ob der
Ausgangsdruck
den
Einstellwert aufweist. Andernfalls die
Einstellung durch Drehen der inneren
Einstellschraube im Uhrzeigersinn zur
Erhöhung und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zum
Reduzieren verstellen;
