B) Per dispositivi sprovvisti della valvola
"push" (fig. 17) è consigliabile collegare
separatamente la testata di comando ad
una pressione ausiliaria controllata e
ripetere le operazioni qui sopra
descritte.
ATTENZIONE
Al termine dell'operazione ricollegare la
testata di comando alla presa di
pressione di valle.
N.B.: E' consigliabile ripetere le prove di
intervento almeno ogni 6 mesi.
Al termine delle operazioni di verifica del
blocco, procedere come segue:
1) assicurarsi che il blocco sia in posizione
di chiusura;
2) aprire la valvola di intercettazione di
entrata V1;
3) aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
blocco, tirando l'apposita bussola
filettata;
4) aprire il rubinetto di sfiato a valle 6;
5) controllare, mediante il manometro 5,
che la pressione di valle abbia il valore di
taratura desiderato del regolatore. In
caso contrario, aggiustare la taratura
agendo sull'apposita ghiera interna,
ruotandola
in
senso
aumentare ed in senso antiorario per
diminuire;
6) chiudere il rubinetto di sfiato 6 e
verificare il valore della pressione di
chiusura;
7) con mezzo schiumogeno controllare la
tenuta di tutte le giunzioni poste tra le
valvole di intercettazione V1 e V2;
8) aprire molto lentamente la valvola di
intercettazione di valle V2, fino ad
ottenere il completo invaso della
condotta;
9) è consigliabile controllare che, facendo
intervenire manualmente la valvola di
blocco, la portata della linea si arresti.

B) On devices without the "push" valve (fig.
17) we recommend connecting the
control head separately to a controlled
auxiliary pressure and repeating the
operations described above.
At the end of the operation, reconnect the
control head to the downstream pressure
N.B.: The intervention tests should be
repeated at least every 6 months.
At the end of the slam-shut check, proceed
as follows:
1) check that the slam-shut is in the closed
position;
2) open the inlet on/off valve V1;
3) very slowly open the slam-shut by
pulling the provided theaded bushing;
4) open the downstream bleed cock 6;
5) check on the pressure gauge 5 that the
downstream pressure is at the desired
regulator set-point. If it is not, adjust the
setting by means of the provided internal
ring, turning it clockwise to increase it
and anticlockwise to decrease it;
6) close the bleed cock 6 and check the
closing pressure value;

7) using a foam medium, check the
tightness of all the joints between the
on/off valves V1 and V2;
8) very slowly open the downstream on/off
valve V2, until the line is completely
filled;
9) check that when you operate the slam-
shut manually, the flow in the line stops.

B) Bei Anlagen ohne Prüfventil "Push" (Fig.
17): Am Messwerkkopf eine Prüfleitung
anschließen, weiteres Vorgehen wie
oben beschrieben.
ACHTUNG
Nach erfolgter Prüfung die Impulsleitung
wieder anschließen .
Hinweis: Wir empfehlen, die Überprüfung
der SAV-Auslösung mindestens alle 6
Monate zu wiederholen.
Nachdem
die
Überprüfung
Sicherheitsab-sperrventils beendet ist, ist
folgendermaßen weiter vorzugehen:
1) Sicherstellen,
dass
Sicherheitsabsperrventil in Schließstellung
ist;
2) das
Absperrorgan
Eingangsleitung öffnen;
3) das Sicherheitsabsperrventil ganz lang-
sam durch Ziehen an der dafür vorgese-
henen Gewindehülse öffnen;
4) den
Entlüftungshahn
Ausgangsleitung öffnen;
5) am Manometer 5 prüfen, ob der
Ausgangsdruck
den
Einstellwert des Reglers aufweist.
Andernfalls die Einstellung durch Drehen
der inneren Einstellschraube korrigieren;
im Uhrzeigersinn zur Erhöhung und
gegen
den
Uhrzeigersinn
Reduzieren;
6) den Entlüftungshahn 6 schließen und
den Schließdruck prüfen;
7) mit einem schaumbildenden Mittel alle
Rohrverbindungen
zwischen
Absperrorga-nen V1 und V2 auf Dichtheit
prüfen;
8) ganz langsam das Absperrorgan V2 in
der Ausgangsleitung öffnen, bis die
Leitung unter Druck steht;
9) es wird empfohlen, durch Handauslösung
des Sicherheitsabsperrventils festzustel-
len, ob der Gasdurchfluss durch die
Leitung wirklich abgesperrt wird.
