MESSA IN SERVIZIO
5.1
GENERALITÀ
Dopo l'installazione verificare che le valvole
di
intercettazione
di
l'eventuale by-pass e il rubinetto di sfiato
siano chiusi:
Si raccomanda di verificare, prima della
messa in servizio, che le condizioni di
impiego siano conformi alle caratteristiche
delle apparecchiature.
Tali caratteristiche siano richiamate con i
simboli sulle targhette di cui ogni
apparecchiatura è munita.
Si raccomanda di azionare le valvole di
apertura e chiusura molto lentamente.
Manovre
troppe
rapide
danneggiare il regolatore.
Si fa presente che il regolatore con funzione
di monitor viene indicato in targhetta con
sigla "DIVAL/M".
TARGHETTE APPARECCHIATURE
Di seguito è riportato l'elenco dei simboli
usati e il loro significato.
= Conformità alla Direttiva PED
Pemax= massima
pressione
funzionamento all'entrata dell'apparecchio
bpe= campo di variabilità della pressione di
entrata del regolatore di pressione in
condizioni di normale funzionamento
PS= massima pressione che può essere
sopportata in condizioni di sicurezza dalla
struttura del corpo dell'apparecchio
Wa= campo di taratura del regolatore di
pressione/pilota/preriduttore che può essere
ottenuto usando i particolari e la molla di
taratura montati al momento del collaudo
(non cambiando cioè alcun componente
dell'apparecchio).

5.1
GENERAL
After installation, check that the inlet/outlet
entrata/uscita,
on/off valves, any by-pass and the bleed
cock are closed.
Before commissioning, you must ensure
that the conditions of use comply with the
characteristics of the apparatuses.
These characteristics are recalled by the
symbols on the specification plates applied
to each apparatus. We recommend
actuating the opening and closing valves
very slowly. The regulator could be
damaged by operations which are too fast.It
is to be noted that pressure regulators with
potrebbero
monitoring functions are identified on the
plate by the letters "DIVAL/M".

bpe= range of variability of the inlet
pressure of the pressure regulator in normal

INBETRIEBNAHME

ALLGEMEINES
Nach der Installation ist sicherzustellen,
dass die Absperrorgane in der Ein-und
Ausgangsleitung,
ein
vorhandenes
Bypass-Ventil
Entlüftungshahn geschlossen sind:
Vor der Inbetriebnahme sollte überprüft
werden, ob die eingesetzten Geräte für die
Betriebsbedingungen geeignet sind.
Die
entsprechenden
entnehmen Sie bitte dem Typenschild,
welches an jedem Gerät befestigt ist.
Wir
empfehlen,
die
ausgangsseitigen
Absperrorgane
langsam
zu
betätigen.
Handhabung könnte die Geräte beschädigen.
Beachten Sie, dass der Regler mit
Monitorfunktion auf dem Typenschild mit
"DIVAL/M" bezeichnet wird.
