AVVERTENZE
AVVERTENZE GENERALI
- L'apparecchiatura descritta in questo
manuale è un dispositivo soggetto a
pressione
inserito
pressurizzati;
- l'apparecchiatura
in
normalmente inserita in sistemi che
trasportano gas infiammabili (ad esempio
gas naturale).
AVVERTENZE PER GLI OPERATORI
Prima di procedere all'installazione, messa
in servizio o manutenzione gli operatori
devono:
- prendere visione delle disposizioni di
sicurezza applicabili all'installazione in
cui devono operare;
- ottenere le necessarie autorizzazioni ad
operare quando richieste;
- dotarsi delle necessarie protezioni
individuali (casco, occhiali, ecc.);
- assicurarsi che l'area in cui si deve operare
sia dotata delle protezioni collettive
previste e delle necessarie indicazioni di
sicurezza.
MOVIMENTAZIONE
La movimentazione dell'apparecchiatura e
dei suoi componenti deve essere eseguita
dopo aver valutato che i mezzi di
sollevamento siano adeguati ai carichi da
sollevare (capacità di sollevamento e
funzionalità).
La
movimentazione
dell'apparecchiatura deve essere eseguita
utilizzando i punti di sollevamento previsti
sull'apparecchiatura stessa.
L'impiego di mezzi motorizzati è riservato al
personale a ciò preposto.
IMBALLO
Gli
imballi
per
dell'apparecchiatura e dei relativi ricambi
sono stati particolarmente studiati e
realizzati al fine di evitare danni durante il
normale trasporto, lo stoccaggio e la relativa
manipolazione. Pertanto l'apparecchiatura e
i ricambi devono essere mantenuti nei
rispettivi imballi originali fino alla loro
installazione nel sito di destinazione finale.
All'atto dell'apertura degli imballi dovrà
essere verificata l'integrità dei materiali
contenuti.
In
presenza
danneggiamenti, segnalare i relativi danni al
fornitore conservando l'imballo originale per
le verifiche del caso.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

PRECAUTIONS FOR THE OPERATORS
Before proceeding with installation, com-
missioning or maintenance, operators must:
- examine the safety provisions applicable
to the installation in which they must
work;
- obtain the authorisations necessary for
working when so required;
- use the necessary means of individual
protection (helmet, goggles, etc.);
- ensure that the area in which they opera-
te is fitted with the means of collective
protection envisaged and
with the necessary safety indications.
HANDLING
The handling of the apparatus and of its
components must only be carried out after
ensuring that the lifting gear is adequate for
the loads to lift (lifting capacity and functio-
nality). The apparatus must be handled
using the
lifting points provided on the apparatus
itself.
Motorised means must only be used by the
persons in charge of them.
PACKING
The packing for trasportation of equipment
and of relevant spare parts are designed and
shaped to avoid damage to any part during
transportation, warehousing and handling

activities. Therefore the equipment and spare
parts shall be kept into their packing until their
installation in the final site. After packing is
open, check that no damage occured to any
goods. If damage occured inform the supplier
and keep packing for any verification.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE
WICHTIGE ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
- Das in diesem Handbuch beschriebene
Gerät ist eine in unter Druck stehende
Systeme eingefügte Druckvorrichtung.
- Das betreffende Gerät wird normalerwei-
se in Systeme eingesetzt, die für den
Transport von entzündlichen Gasen (wie
beispielsweise Erdgas) bestimmt sind.
WICHTIGE HINWEISE FÜR DAS PERSONAL
Bevor das Personal mit der Installation,
Inbetriebnahme oder Wartung des Geräts
beginnt, muss es:
- die

Installation, an der gearbeitet werden
soll, lesen,
- die gegebenenfalls hierfür erforderlichen
Genehmigungen einholen,
- für
die
P e r s o n e n s c h u t z m a ß n a h - m e n
(Schutzhelm, Schutzbrille usw.) sorgen,
- sicherstellen, dass der betreffende
Arbeitsbereich mit den vorgesehenen all-
gemeinen Schutzvor-richtungen und den
erforderlichen Sicherheits-hinweisen
versehen ist.
HANDLING
Das Handling des Geräts und seiner Bauteile
darf erst dann erfolgen, wenn man sich ver-
gewissert hat, dass die betreffenden
Hebevorrichtungen für die zu hebenden
Lasten geeignet sind (Tragfähigkeit und
Funktionstüchtigkeit). Das Handling des
Geräts hat an den am Gerät vorgesehenen
Transportösen zu erfolgen.
Der
Einsatz
von
Hebeeinrichtungen bleibt allein hier für
geschultem Personal vorbehalten.
VERPACKUNG
Die Verpackungen für das Gerät und seine
Ersatzteile wurden eigens entwickelt, um
unter
normalen
Transportbedingungen
sowie bei Lagerung und Handling etwaige
Schäden zu verhindern. Daher sind Gerät
und Ersatzteile bis zu ihrer Installation am
endgültigen Einsatzort in den Originalver-
packungen zu belassen. Beim Öffnen der
Verpackungen ist zu prüfen, ob der Inhalt
unversehrt
ist.
Sollten
Schäden festgestellt werden, so sind diese
dem Lieferanten zu melden und die
Originalverpackung ist zur entsprechenden
Nachprüfung aufzubewahren.
