1. Clamp the Robacta Drive CMT
clamping device in the vice
2. Clamp the Robacta Drive CMT
3. Fit the gas coupling and the current/
water coupling according to the
Robacta Drive CMT operating instruc-
tions
4. Fit the torch neck
5. Connect the central connector to the
test adapter
6. Check for leaks according to the PP-
QW-3083 (Robacta Drive) test sche-
dule no. 1
1. Hook leather hose (1) onto the 1-ear
clamp with the smaller hole
2. Lay motor lead and LHSB cable and
fit CMT hose coupling according to
the Robacta Drive CMT operating
instructions
3. Clamp clamping device for the central

connector (5) into the vice
4. Screw on central connection (4)
5. Push the right-hand kink protector (3)
up to the central connection (4)
Important! Do not kink cables or lines
when fitting the right-hand kink protector,
do not compress water or gas hoses.
6. Fit right-hand kink protector to central
connector with 4 T8 screws (8)
7. Place fixing ring (7) over the shaft
protection hose
8. Screw on M42 x 1.75 hose nut (6) and
tighten
