Screw current/water cable onto CMT pull-in tool

Screw on central connection, attach screw from
motor lead and LHSB cable on CMT pull-in tool

Important!Place the LHSB cable into the recess provided. Attach the cable close to the
CMT pull-in tool:

Attach the motor lead to the CMT pull-in tool with adhesive tape
Insert the LHS cable plug (12) into the second recess (8) on the CMT pull-in tool
Attach the LHSB cable to the CMT pull-in tool with adhesive tape
Important! Debur the protective hose on
the inside on both sides using a knife to
prevent premature damage to the hose-
pack components.
1. Push the shaft protection hose (1)
over the pull-in rod (3)
2. Push the M42 x 1.75 hose nut over
the shaft protection hose (1)
3. Push the right-hand kink protector (2)

over the pull-in rod (3)
4. Screw the CMT pull-in tool (4) onto
the pull-in rod (3)
5. Replace defective hosepack compon-
ents;
Undamaged hosepack components
can be left connected to the central
connector
6. Screw current/water cable (5) onto
CMT pull-in tool (4)
1. Screw central connector (4) onto the
pull-in connector (5)
2. Replaced hosepack components only:
Connect current/water cable (3), gas
hose (1) and water hose (2) to the
central connector (4)
3. Push right-hand kink protector (11)
over the CMT pull-in tool towards the
central connector

4. Pass the LHSB cable (14) and motor
lead (15) through the right-hand kink
protector (11)
5. Insert the motor lead plug (6) into the
first recess (7) on the CMT pull-in tool
Important!Place the motor lead into the
recess provided. Attach the cable close to
the CMT pull-in tool:
