far as the stop
The drive roller should be resting on

5. Place the clamping adapter with the
drive roller onto the motor shaft
6. Screw in inlet/outlet nozzle for D = 1.2
mm (4)
7. Insert tungsten electrode, D = 1.6
mm, (5) from the front into the drive
unit and insert the inlet/outlet nozzle

8. Adjust the clamping adapter height
until the tungsten electrode is in the
groove of the drive roller
9. Adjust the clamping adapter until the
T10 screw on the clamping adapter is
accessible
Important! Do not adjust the height of
the clamping adapter any further until
you have tightened the T10 screw.
10. Tighten the T10 screw on the clam-
ping adapter, tightening torque = 1.5
Nm
1. Seal T10 screw (1) on the clamping
adapter using Loctite sealant paint
2. Assemble drive roller. inlet/outlet
nozzles and counter roller according
to the application
