Dismantling the
central connector
Screw on central connector, slacken hose nut
Push kink protector back

1. Clamp clamping device for the central

connector (2) into the vice
2. Screw central connector onto clam-
ping device for central connector (2)
3. Slacken M42 x 1.75 nut (1) and push
back
4. Remove fixing ring (3)
5. Undo 4 T8 screws (4)
6. Push right-hand kink protector (5)
back
Important! Check lines and cables for
damage after withdrawing them.
7. Withdraw lines and cables one by one
out of the shaft protection hose and
out of the kink protector (5) in the
following order:
(a) Water hose (black)
(b) Air hose (red)
(c) Gas hose (white)
(d) Current/water cable
(e) LHSB cable (blue)
(f) Motor lead (black)
The water hose, gas hose and cur-
rent/water cable can remain attached
to the central connector if:

8. Check shaft protection hose for
damage

the central connector is in good
condition
and
the hoses and the current/water
cable are in good condition
