Hosepack with hose nut, CMT hose coupling and
leather protective hose
Connect the current/water cable and water hose
Connect air and gas hoses

1. Push the M42 x 1.75 hose nut (1)
over the shaft protection hose
2. Push the CMT hose coupling over the
shaft protection hose
3. Push the leather protection hose (3)
over the motor lead, the LHSB cable,
the current/water cable and the water
hose.
The holes (4) for fastening the leather
protection hose must be at the front
end of the protection hose.
4. Clamp the CMT hosepack clamping
device (8) in the vice
5. Clamp the current/water coupling (7)
6. Screw current/water cable (9) onto the
current/water coupling (7):
a) Screw along half the thread
length
b) Apply thread sealant, Loctite 542,
to the rest of the thread
c) Tighten current/water cable (9)
7. Only for re-used water hoses (5): cut
off hose end compressed in the 1-ear
clamp
8. Place the 1-ear clamp D = 9 mm (6)
over the water hose (5)
9. Attach the water hose to the water/
current coupling (7)
10. Attach the water hose using the 1-ear
clamp (6)
11. Clamp the gas coupling (11)
12. Re-used gas and air hoses (10), (12)
only: cut off hose end compressed in
the 1-ear clamp
13. Place the 1-ear clamp D = 9 mm (6)
over the air hose (10)
14. Place the 1-ear clamp D = 6.6 mm
(13) over the gas hose (12)
15. Attach the air hose (10) and the gas
hose (11) to the gas coupling
16. Attach the hoses using the 1-ear
clamp
D = 9 mm (6) and D = 6.6 mm (13)
