Motor shaft, clamping adapter and drive roller
view
The motor shaft (1) projects into the media guide. The height-adjustable clamping
adapter (2) is positioned on the motor shaft and holds the drive roller (7).
CMT swivel lever, counter roller and axle
The CMT swivel lever (8) is swivel-mounted on the media guide with the M3 x 8 mm (10)
Allen screw and washer (9).
The axle (12) attaches the counter roller (11) to the CMT swivel lever (8).
Clamping lever
The clamping lever (16) is located in the spring hanger (14), attached by the locating
washer (3) and a locking washer (4).
The clamping lever (16) is used to secure the swivel lever (8) during the welding operati-
on and to adjust the clamping force.
Locating pin, spring pressure and pusher for external wirefeeding hose
Locating pin (15), spring pressure (13) and pusher (5) secure the external wirefeeding
hose. The pusher (5) is secured by the countersunk screw (6).
