Dismantling the hosepack

Clamp the current/water coupling of the hosepack
into the CMT hosepack clamping device
Detach gas hose and air hose
Clamp the CMT hosepack clamping device in the vice
Dismantle the CMT hosepack from the CMT drive unit
Remove the CMT hose coupler from the hosepack

1. Clamp the current/water coupling (3)
of the hosepack into the CMT hose-
pack clamping device (4)
2. Slacken 1-ear clamp (2)
3. Detach water hose (1) from the
current/water coupling (3) of the
hosepack
(4)
4. Using the 11 mm flat spanner, un-
screw thread (6) of the current/water
cable (5) from the current/water
coupling (3)
5. Clamp the gas coupling (9) of the
hosepack into the CMT hosepack
(4)
clamping device (4)
6. Slacken 1-ear clamp (8)
7. Detach gas hose (7)
8. Slacken 1-ear clamp (10)
9. Detach air hose (11)
10. Remove gas coupling (9) from the
CMT hosepack clamping device (4)
and check that the non-return valve
ball is in place:
Shake the gas coupling. You should
hear the ball rattle
11. Remove the M10 x 1.75 hose nut
