Connect hosepack and control
lead to CMT power source and
switch on CMT power source
Check status LED on drive unit
LED illuminated ...

Error messages on test power
source?

Push the wire feed switch on
the test power source
Motor turns forwards after a
few seconds?
Motor runs smoothly?
yes
Release wire feed button:
- The motor will be connected
to the power supply 2 s after
releasing the button
- Slight motor vibrations can
be detected
Press the „Gas test" button
Gas solenoid valve is activa-
ted?
