Troubleshooting
Work on the electrical system may only be
carried out by authorized and trained specialists.
The unit is emitting alternating sounds.
De-energize the system electrically. Manually
check the freewheel by turning the rotor by hand.
When using hard water, a crust may form on the
inside of the rotor in the area around the gap.
Remove the crust using a knife or scraper without
leaving any residue.
There may be dirt in the gap between the stator
and the rotor. In the case of ferrous chips, clean
theareaaroundthemagneticfields.Ifnecessary,
use a strong holding magnet. When doing so, do
not place the disc on a dirty workbench. Use clean
cardboard as a buffer. We recommend increas-
ing the internal pressure if more chips impact the
pane and there are repeated malfunctions due to
dirt.
Increase the feed pressure by max. 0.5 bar and
check the level of dynamic pressure in the con-
nectionbox.Mounttherotatingdiscagain.Check
the mechanical freewheel by hand and switch on
the unit.
The rotating disc stops and starts again after
a short time.
The motor has a built-in protective function. If the
