Changing the machinery glass
If you need to replace the machinery glass at a
later date due to the replacement interval elaps-
ing, it is advisable to install the standard version
of the Rotoclear S3 on a new pane – i.e. without
the Rotoclear S3 adapter flange for third-party
devices with a hole 226.7 mm in diameter.
We recommend providing a compressed air sup-
ply (see chapter Sealing air supply).
Electrical installation
Electrical installation may only be carried out
by authorized and trained specialists.

Installation with protective hose
If necessary, trim the protective hose (Fig. 7-A) to
the required length using a hacksaw.
IftheRotoclear S3ismountedonthewindow
of a sliding door, make sure that the section of
protective hose is long enough to accommodate
the full movement of the door.
De-burr the ends. Fit both nuts (Fig. 6-B) and the
seal(Fig.6-C)ofthehosefittingontheprotective
