Weekly
Check suction and pressure lines for leaks.
Check suction and pressure valves for dirt and leaks.
If necessary, clean the valves with a damp cloth.
Check the drain connection on the pump head (visual check for diaphragm fracture).
If any product leakage is observed, replace the appropriate pump or restore correct
function.
Check the overflow pipe on the multifunctional valves (if fitted). Media escaping
indicates an increasing metering back pressure, and thus a metering line that
is clogging. If product leakage is detected, immediately check the metering
lines for sedimentation. For safety reasons, the appropriate product line must
not be operated until you have remedied the defect.

Recalibrate the system via the 3-way valves.
Calibration is controlled via the control panel of the control unit. If necessary,
contact your Ecolab service partner.
Check the correct and tight fit of the drain connections on the measuring
trough, as well as the correct routing of hoses in the floor-level collecting tray.
In case of wetting by media (e.g., product escaping in case of leaks or
similar), clean the electric cables.
