5.7.11.1 Assembling the flotation flowmeter

1 Pipe clips (2 x)
2 Screws
3 Drill holes

1.
Fasten the pipe clips (no. 1) to the appropriate holes (no. 3) in the bracket using
screws (no. 2).
2.
Press the flotation flowmeter (item 4) into the pipe clips (item 1).
3.
Push on the Tygon 9.5/15.9 or PVC braided hose 10/16 and fasten in place with
hose clamps (item 5).
4.
As a preset, align the limit sensor (item 6) with the centre of the flowmeter (item 4)
and fix in place with screws (item 7).
5.
Route the cable through the hole (item 8) in the bracket to the vertical cable duct
(item 9) and to the terminal box (item 10).
6.
Trim the cable and patch as per the wiring diagram.
CAUTION!
During commissioning, adjust the position of the limit sensor!
