5.7.4.1 Assembling the product sampling valve

1.
Assemble both pipe clips (no. 1) with screws (no. 2) in the intended position
( Fig. 11 , arrows) of the ELADOS Pump Rack stand.
2.
Latch the ball valve with connections (no. 3) into the pipe clips, as shown.
3. Pipes at the pump and output sides:
Cut off the PEX or PTFE pipe at right angles and slightly chamfer the inner edge.
4.
Slide the pipe over the threaded piece as far as it will go and screw in the union nut

During commissioning, check the connections for leak tightness.

CAUTION!
Counter the male stud coupling with a flat spanner at the same time to
avoid exceeding the permissible tightening torque!
Check the connections for leaks when commissioning the pump!
