Carry out commissioning

The following points must be checked and/or followed at start-up:
1.
Stable assembly with the additional wall mount to prevent tipping.
2.
Connect all upgrade components to the terminal box.
3.
Connecting the PLC control to the device.
4.
Rinse out the fresh-water line well before connecting the unit.
5.
Check to make sure that all components and hose connections are leakproof.
Tighten threaded joints where necessary
6.
Check the control unit function and the remaining components.
7.
Water-carrying lines must be flushed.
8.
All lines must be bled.
9.
Check that the splashguard curtain has been correctly assembled.
10. Check the accessibility of the emergency stop switch.
If the PLC control is not mounted directly next to the device, an external emergency
stop switch must be mounted on the rack.
11. Connecting the suction lances:
Route the suction lance hose (item 1) through the cable gland (item 2) and fasten on
the pump or flow fitting.

CAUTION!
Tighten all the cable glands to ensure strain relief for the suction lance.
