5.7.10.1 Assembling the OGM

Oval gear meter (OGM
2 Hexagon socket screws, M 5 x 16 (4 x)
3 Mounting bracket
4 Plastic self-tapping screws, Ø 4 x 22

1.
Assemble the OGM
the fastening stand (item 3).
2.
Screw hose nozzles, Ø 10 G1/2 (item 11) into the inlet and outlet sides.
3.
Fasten the assembly with the 4 plastic self-tapping screws, Ø 4 x 22 (item 4) and
washers (item 5) in the matching holes in the bracket.
4.
Push on the Tygon 9.5/15.9 or PVC braided hose 10/16 (item 12) and fasten in place
with hose clamps (item 6).
5.
Screw the signal connector (item 7) onto the oval gear meter.
6.
Route the cable through the hole (item 8) in the bracket to the vertical cable duct
(item 9) and to the terminal box (item 10).
7.
Trim the cable and patch as per the wiring diagram.
