1.
Unscrew the discharge pipe union (item 1) from the pump; while doing so leave the
O-ring (item 2) on the pressure valve (item 3).
2.
Place the MFV (no. 4) on the pressure valve (no. 2) of the pump, making sure that
the O-ring (no. 3) on the valve is located in the correct position.
3.
Align the MFV (no. 4) and union nut (no. 5) and hand tighten it.
4.
Pump with G5/8 thread (e.g. 54 l/h pump):
Insert the O-ring (no. 6) in the outlet stud of the MFV, reuse the pressure-side pipe
union (no. 1) that you removed and screw it onto the MFV.
5.
Pump with G5/4 thread (e.g., 80 l/h pump):
The pipe union is already factory assembled because the removed threaded joint is
not compatible.
6.
Cut off the PEX or PTFE pipe (no. 8) at right angles and slightly chamfer the inner
edge.
7.
Push the PEX or PTFE tube onto the nozzle of the male stud coupling as far as it will
go; push on the clamping ring and tighten the union nut.
8.
Connect the PVC braided hose (item 9) to the lateral hose coupling (item 10) on
the multifunctional valve; while doing so, make sure the O-ring (item 7) is located
correctly. Then route the hose down through the respective hole in the guide rail
(item 11) on the stand and into the collecting tray (item 12).

CAUTION!
Counter the male stud coupling with a flat spanner at the same time to
avoid exceeding the permissible tightening torque!
