GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
– The oven (referred to below as the appliance), is designed and constructed to cook
foods in the professional catering sector.
– Its functions are controlled by an electronic control board allowing setting of the
cooking modes (convection, steam, combination) and the functions provided to allow
more uniform cooking.
