4 – Open the door and spray the food-approved de-
tergent onto all the walls of the cooking chamber, the
heat exchanger and the fan.
Use of the "cleaner spray" accessory and the de-
tergent provided by the manufacturer is recom-
mended for this procedure.
Important
When cleaning and sanitising the appliance with
detergents, wear personal protection equipment
(gloves, masks, goggles, etc.) as required by the
relevant health and safety legislation.
5 – Close the door and wait for the oven to complete the washing, rinsing and final
thermal disinfection program automatically.
A beeper sounds at the end of the washing cycle.
