Befüllmenge: Die Befüllmenge ist
zum einen für das externe Signal
„Filling / Befüllen" von Bedeutung,
an das z.B. ein Signallicht
angeschlossen werden kann, das
dem Lackierer anzeigt, dass der
Befüllvorgang noch nicht
abgeschlossen ist. Zum anderen
wird die Befüllmenge benötigt, um
die Topfzeit zu überwachen. Nach
der Abnahme der doppelten
Befüllmenge wird die Topfzeit
wieder auf den Startwert
zurückgesetzt. Die doppelte
Abnahme ist notwendig, um eine
Vermischung von anreagiertem und
frischen Material in der Anlage und
den Schläuchen zu verhindern.

Inkrementgröße: die
Inkrementgröße ist für die
Überwachung der sauberen
Vermischung des Materials
notwendig. Der hinterlegte Wert
gibt den maximalen Abstand
zwischen zwei
Härterdosierschüssen in Millilitern
an. Wichtig: dieser Wert hat
keinen Einfluss auf die Qualität der
Vermischung! Es dient lediglich der
Überwachung. Die Anlage selber
versucht, den Härter in
kleinstmöglichen Schüssen
zuzudosieren. Die Taktfrequenz
des Ventils hängt ab von
Härterüberdruck, Nadelhub des
Dosierventils, Fließgeschwindigkeit,
Viskosität und vielem mehr.
Grundsätzlich sollte die
Inkrementgröße so eingerichtet
sein, dass eine Vermischung des
Materials im Mischer noch erfolgen
kann. Eine Inkrementgröße von
100ml bei einem Statikmischer mit
einem Füllvolumen von 20ml kann
dazu führen, dass das Material
nicht sauber vermischt wird, aber
dennoch die Anlage ohne
Fehlermeldung weiterarbeitet.

Filling Quantity: On the one hand
the filling quantity is important for
the external signal „Filling" to
which, for example, a signal light
can be connected which indicates
the operator that the filling
procedure has not been finished.
On the other hand the filling
quantity is needed to control the pot
life. After removal of twice as
much filling quantity the pot life
will be reset to start value. Removal
of twice as much filling quantity is
necessary in order to prevent
mixing of already reacting and fresh
material in the installation and in
the hoses.
Incremental Size: The incremental
size is necessary to control the
accurate mixing of the materials.
The deposited value indicates the
maximum interval between two
hardener metering injections in
milliliters. Important: this value has
no influence on the quality of
mixing! It only serves the control
function. The installation itself tries
to meter the hardener in smallest
possible injections. The cycle
frequency of the valve depends on
overpressure of the hardener,
needle stroke of the metering valve,
flow rate, viscosity and many
others. Generally the incremental
size should be adjusted in such a
way that mixing of the material in
the mixer can just be carried out.
An incremental size of 100 ml for a
static mixer with filling volume of 20
ml may have the result that the
material will not be mixed
accurately, but that the installation
still operates without error signal.
Metering Cell Control: The
indicated value indicates how long
the spray gun may be opened
without the metering cell having to
move. The control of the gun
