[9] Verbleibende Topfzeit. Die
Basistopfzeit wird im Rezept
hinterlegt. Wird nicht ausreichend
Material entnommen, läuft die
Topfzeit gegen 0:00:00 und löst
dann einen Alarm aus. Wird dieser
nicht rechtzeitig quittiert (innerhalb
5 Minuten), wird ein automatischer
Spülvorgang eingeleitet. WICHTIG:
um die Topfzeit automatisch
zurückzusetzen, muss die doppelte
Befüllmenge an Farbe aus dem
System entnommen werden, um
einen kompletten
Materialaustausch zu
gewährleisten. Beispiel: wird die
Befüllmenge mit 200ml ermittelt
und im System hinterlegt
(Systemeinstellungen), setzt sich
die Topfzeit nach der Entnahme
von jeweils 400ml wieder auf den
Startwert zurück.

If not enough material is extracted,
the pot life will run towards
00:00:00 and will subsequently set
off an alarm. If the alarm is not
acknowledged in time (within 5
minutes), an automatic flushing
procedure will be started.
IMPORTANT: In order to reset the
pot life automatically, double the
amount of the paint filling quantity
has to be extracted from the
system in order to ensure a
complete exchange of the material.
Example: If the filling quantity is
determined at 200 ml and stored on
the system (system settings), the
pot life will be reset to the initial
value after the removal of 400 ml,
respectively.

La vie de base du pot est stocké
dans la recette. Si pas pris
suffisamment de matériel
fonctionne la vie en pot contre
0:00:00 puis déclenche une
alarme. Si cela ne soit pas
reconnu dans le temps (à moins
de 5 minutes),, rinçage
automatique est lancée. NOTE:
Pour vérifier la vie en pot
réinitialiser automatiquement,
doubler la quantité de remplissage
de peinture du système doit être
prise pour assurer un échange
complet de matériel. Exemple: la
quantité de charge est déterminée
par 200ml et stocké dans le
système (Paramètres système), la
vie en pot est après le retrait de
chaque 400ml retour à la valeur
de départ.
