4 Installation
4.1 Transport
Die Anlage besteht – je nach
Ausstattung – aus ein oder zwei
getrennt voneinander
transportierbaren Modulen. Der
Transport ist auf Paletten
vorgesehen. Für die Handhabung
werden zwei Personen benötigt.
4.2 Lagerung
Sollte die Anlage gelagert werden
müssen, ist der Steuerungsteil vor
Hitze und Feuchtigkeit zu schützen.
Um Kondenswasser zu vermeiden,
die Anlage keine starken
Temperaturwechseln aussetzen
oder gegebenenfalls vor
Inbetriebnahme über mehrere
Stunden bei geöffneten Klappen
der neuen Umgebung aussetzen.
Der Fluidteil ist gegen äußere
Einflüsse weitgehend resistent,
sollte aber bei längerer Lagerung
mit Konservieröl gefüllt werden, um
die Packungen zu schonen und
eine problemlose Inbetriebnahme
zu gewährleisten.
Für die Versorgungspumpen
verfahren Sie bitte wie in den
entsprechenden
Bedienungsanleitungen der
mitgelieferten Pumpen vorgegeben.
4.3 Installation
Die Industrieanlagen der Fa. Binks
werden in der Regel durch eigene
Techniker oder Techniker der
Vertriebspartner in Betrieb
genommen. Dadurch werden
Fehler durch falsche Installation
oder Bedienung von Beginn an
vermieden.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein,
überprüfen Sie bitte bei Erhalt
deren Vollständigkeit und die
einwandfreie Funktion und
Fehlerfreiheit der Baugruppen des
Lieferumfangs.
Bei der Installation beachten Sie
stets die Bedienbarkeit der Anlage,
die Umgebungsbedingungen (z.B.
EEx- Schutz) und die Sicherheit der
Bediener.
ACHTUNG: der Steuerschrank
kann nicht im EEx- Bereich
aufgestellt werden. Sollte eine
Bedienung im EEx- Bereich
erforderlich sein, ist dies über ein
optionales Fernbedienmodul (z.B.
pneumatisch) möglich.

4 Installation
4.1 Transportation
The installation consists –
depending on the design – of one
or two modules, which can be
transported separate from each
other. The transportation will be
done on pallets. For the handling
two persons are needed.
4.2 Storage
If the installation shall be stored,
the control part must be protected
against heat and humidity. In order
to avoid condensation of water the
installation must not be exposed to
high temperature changes,
otherwise the installation must be
exposed to the new ambient
temperature with flaps open for
several hours prior to operation.
The material component is
extensively resistant against
external influence, however, for a
longer period of storage it should
be filled with preservative oil in
order to take care of the packings
and to guarantee proper operation.
Operate the supply pumps
according to the relevant service
manuals of the pumps.
4.3 Installation
Generally the industrial installations
of company Binks will be installed
by own service technicians or
service technicians of our
representative. This is to avoid
faults at the very beginning caused
by defective installation or
operation.
If this is not the case, check the
completeness and the correct
function of all components of the
scope of delivery.
For installation always take care of
the usability of the installation, the
ambient conditions (e.g. EEx
explosion proof), and the safety of
the operator.
WARNING: the control cabinet
cannot be located in the EEx area.
If operation in the EEx area is
necessary, a remote control panel
is optionally available.
4.4 Electrical Connections
The installation will be supplied via
a central electrical input at the

4.1 Le transport
L'installation se compose - selon
l'équipement - d'un ou de deux
modules transportables
séparément. Le transport est
prévu sur palettes. Pour la
manipulation deux personnes sont
nécessaires.
4.2 Espace de rangement
Si le système doit être stocké, la
partie de contrôle doit être protégé
de la chaleur et de l'humidité.
Pour éviter la condensation,
suspendre l'usine aucun
changement de température
importantes ou suspendre, le cas
échéant, avant la mise en service
pendant plusieurs heures à les
volets ouverts du nouvel
environnement.
La partie fluide est largement
résistant aux influences
extérieures, mais doit être rempli
pendant le stockage prolongé
avec l'huile d'inhibition pour
protéger les colis et pour assurer
une installation sans problème.
Pour la pompe d'alimentation,
procédez comme spécifié dans
les instructions pertinentes de la
pompe fournie.
4.3 Installation
Les installations industrielles de la
société. Binks sont généralement
prises par nos propres techniciens
ou techniciens des partenaires de
l'opération. Cette erreur causés
par l'installation ou de mauvais
fonctionnement peut être évité
dès le départ.
Si cela est pas le cas, s'il vous
plaît vérifier à la réception de
l'intégralité et le bon
fonctionnement et la précision des
modules dans la livraison.
Lors de l'installation s'il vous plaît
prêter attention à la convivialité du
système, les conditions
environnementales (par exemple
la protection EEx) et la sécurité de
l'opérateur.
AVERTISSEMENT: l'armoire de
commande ne peut être placé
dans la zone EEx. Si un opérateur
dans la zone EEx être nécessaire,
cela via un module optionnel de
contrôle à distance (par exemple
