5.3 Lackieren / Mischen
Während des Mischvorganges
können vier verschiedene
Ansichten gewählt werden. Mit den
Pfeiltasten am rechten Bildrand
können Sie zwischen den
Ansichten wechseln.

[1] In der Kopfzeile werden (in allen
Ansichten) die Sollwerte des
Mischungsverhältnisses und die
angewählten Ventile angezeigt. Der
darunter liegende Balken zeigt an,
wie weit die letzten Dosierschüsse
auseinander liegen.
[2] Auf der linken Seite werden die
Sensoren der beteiligten
Komponenten dargestellt. Bei
einem Zwei- Komponentenlack also
z.B. die Messzellen A & B.
[3] Unten wird der aktuelle
Volumenstrom dargestellt.
[4] Anzeige der aktuellen
Rezeptnummer.
[5] Angeschlossene und aktivierte
Lackierpistolen: verfügt die Anlage
über die Mehr- Pistolen- Option, so
werden hier die aktivierten Pistolen
dargestellt (1 bis 4)
[6] Pfeiltaste wechselt zur
vorhergehenden Darstellung.
[7] Pfeiltaste wechselt zur
nachfolgenden Darstellung.
[8] Stop- Taste beendet den

5.3 Painting / Mixing
During the mixing procedure, four
different displays can be selected.
By using the arrow keys on the
right side of the screen, you can
change between the displays.
[1] On top of the screen (on all
displays), the set value of the
mixture ratio and the selected
valves will be displayed. The
bargraph below shows, how big the
distance between the last two
dosing shots is.
[2] On the left side the flow meters
are shown of the used paint
components. For a two component
paint systems e.g. the flow meters
A & B.
[3] On the bottom the actual flow
rate is shown
[4] Actual recipe number.
[5] Connected and activated spray
guns: if the system includes the
multi gun option, the activated guns
are shown here (1 up to 4)
[6] Using the arrow key, will take
you to the previous display.
[7] Using the arrow key will take
you to the next display.
[8] By pressing the „Stop" key, the
mixing procedure will be stopped.
[9] Remaining pot life. The basic

Au cours du processus de
mélange quatre vues différentes
peuvent être sélectionnées.
Utilisez les touches fléchées sur le
bord droit, vous pouvez basculer
entre les vues.
[1] Dans l'en-tête des valeurs
cibles du rapport de mélange et
les vannes sélectionnés sont
affichés (dans toutes les vues). La
barre indique sous quelle mesure
la dernière Dosierschüsse dehors.
[2] Sur le côté gauche, les
capteurs des composants
impliqués sont présentés. Dans
une peinture à deux composants,
de manière les cellules de mesure
A & B.
[3] Ci-dessous est le débit actuel
est affiché.
[4] Affichage du numéro de la
recette actuelle.
[5] Connecté et activé pistolets
de pulvérisation: le complexe a la
possibilité pistolet ajouté, de sorte
que les canons ici activés sont
affichés (1 à 4).
[6] Flèche déplace clés à
l'affichage précédent .
[7] Flèche déplace clés à la
prochaine présentation.
[8] Bouton Stop arrête le
