CYLINDER HEAD / VALVES
SERVICE INFORMATION
GENERAL
This section covers maintenance of the cylinder head, valves, camshaft and rocker arms.
Camshaft lubrication oil is fed to the cylinder head through an oil control orifi ce in the engine case.
Be sure this orifi ce is not clogged and that the O-ring and dowel pins are in place before installing the cylinder head.
Apply clean engine oil to the camshaft bearings to provide initial lubrication.
