REMOVAL
Unscrew the carburetor (1) top and pull out the throttle valve 1
(2).
Compress the valve spring as shown and disconnect the
throttle cable end (1) from the throttle valve through the groove
while compressing the throttle valve spring as shown.

Remove the throttle valve (2), spring (3) and carburetor top.

Remove the needle retainer and take out the jet needle from
the throttle valve.
Check the throttle valve and jet needle for scratches or wear.
ASSEMBLY
Install the needle clip into the jet needle groove.

STANDARD SETTING: 4 GROOVE FROM TOP
Install the jet needle in the throttle valve.
Install the jet needle retainer.
