6 Operating Modes
The following operating mode is supported by the measuring system:

Synchronous
In "Synchronous" operating mode, the process data is output synchronously to the
EtherCAT bus cycle time.
Irrespective of the measuring system operating modes supported, many EtherCAT
masters provide the "Free Run" operating mode. In this operating mode, the
measuring system does not output any plausible speed values.
