Important
When installing the TEDS module, please comply with the installation in-
structions included in the zip lock bag.

7.1.3 Starting up the TEDS module

TEDS modules that are already mounted in the connector can be configured
and parameterized with a TEDS dongle (1-TEDS-DONGLE) and a TEDS Edi-
tor. The relevant connector is plugged into the RJ45 socket of the TEDS don-
gle.
The TEDS editor "scans" the TEDS module and then indicates that it is ready
for programming (also see the HBM brochure: TEDS data memory in the
transducer − Contents and editing data memory).
