Starting and saving measurement

9.1 Recommended procedure


Install catman
Connect the transducers (
Connect the voltage supply (

9.2 Installing catman

The catman Starter software is available for all modules, and allows you to
perform your measurement tasks quickly and easily, without the need for pro-
gramming.
The installation CD is available as an option and contains the catman

Lab View driver and library, and .Net / Com API programs.
Put the installation CD in the CD slot/compartment
The installation software should start automatically.
If this does not happen:
Use Windows Explorer to re-start installation manually. To do this, launch
Setup.exe. Then follow the software installation instructions.
Administrator rights are required to install catman
the license number. The espressoDAQ USB driver is then automatically instal-
led.
9.3 Drivers for catman
The espressoDAQ driver is automatically installed during catman
stallation. Confirmation is all that is required.
