LED states when ready for measurement

There are always 4 distinctly different modes of operation:
a. Events that should lead to a reaction right at the sensor input
(TEDS, plug-in detection)
b. Events that are evoked manually, e.g. by the

catman Starter software
c. Events that are evoked by metrological malfunctions
(overflow, underflow)
d. Module status indication
