Prüfung der Lichtquelle
Lichtquelle oder Tele Pack™ wie auf Seite 14
beschrieben vorbereiten und an das Video-
Bronchoskop anschließen. Am distalen Ende des
Video-Bronchoskops muss ein Lichtaustritt zu
erkennen sein. Die Lichtintensität kann über die
Lichtquelle manuell eingestellt werden.
Prüfung der Kamerakontrolleinheit
Kamerakontrolleinheit oder Tele Pack™ wie auf
Seite 13 bzw. 15 beschrieben vorbereiten und an
das Video-Bronchoskop anschließen. Ist ein Bild
zu erkennen, einen Weißabgleich gemäß
Gebrauchs anweisung der Kamerakontrolleinheit
TELECAM
®
SL II bzw. Tele Pack™ durchführen.
Die Funktionstaste kann frei programmiert wer-
den. Die Programmierung der Funktionstaste ist
in der Anleitung der Kamerakontrolleinheit TELE-
CAM
®
SL II beschrieben. Die Werkseinstellung
ermöglicht bei einmaligem kurzen Drücken ein
Standbild. Durch nochmaliges kurzes Drücken
kann wieder in die momentane Übertragung
zurückgekehrt oder durch langes Drücken (5-7
sec.) auf dem Drucker ausgedruckt werden (nur
wenn ein Drucker in das System konfiguriert
wurde).
Warnung : Bei Ausfall des Bildes oder
Bildstörungen während des Einsatzes im
Patienten die distale Spitze in die neutra-
le Stellung bringen und sanft und behut-
sam aus dem Körper des Patienten zie-
hen. Wird trotz Ausfall des Bildes oder
Bildstörungen das Video-Bronchoskop
weiter in den Patienten geführt, kann dies
ernsthafte Verletzungen des Patienten
hervorrufen.
Handling
Inspecting the light source
Prepare the light source or Tele Pack™ as
described on page 14 and connect to the Video
Bronchoscope. Emission of light at the distal end
of the Video Bronchoscope must be recogniza-
ble. The light intensity can be adjusted manually
via the light source.
Inspecting the camera control unit
Prepare the camera control unit or MEDI PACK™
as described on page 13 resp. 15 and connect
to the Video Bronchoscope. If an image is
recognizable, carry out a white balance as
explained in the instruction manual for the -
TELECAM
®
SL II or Tele Pack™ camera control
unit.
The user button can be individually programmed.
Programming of the user button is described in
the instructions for the TELECAM® SL II camera
control unit. The factory setting permits a still
image by pressing the button once briefly. To
return to the current transmission, press the but-
ton again briefly. Or to print out the still image
(only possible if the system configuration
includes a printer), press the button longer (5-7
seconds).
Warning : If the image fails or there is
interference during use in the patient, put
the distal tip into the neutral position and
remove the Video Bronchoscope from the
patient's body gently and carefully. If the
Video Bronchoscope is used in the
patient after the image has failed or when
there is interference, this may result in
serious injury to the patient.
Manejo
Verificación de la fuente de luz
Prepare la fuente de luz o el Tele Pack™ como
se describe en la página 14 y conéctelos al
videobroncoscopio. En el extremo distal del
videobroncoscopio debería reconocerse una
emisión de luz. La intensidad de luz se puede
ajustar manualmente en la fuente de luz.
Verificación de la unidad de control
de la cámara
Prepare la unidad de control de la cámara o el
Tele Pack™ como se describe en pagina 13/15 y
conéctelos al videobroncoscopio. Si se reconoce
una imagen, ha de llevarse a cabo un balance
de blancos según el Manual de instrucciones de
la unidad de control de la cámara TELECAM
SL II o Tele Pack™.
La tecla de función puede programarse libre-
mente. La programación de la tecla de función
se describe en el Manual de instrucciones de la
unidad de control de la cámara TELECAM
El ajuste de fábrica permite obtener una imagen
fija al pulsarla brevemente una vez. Pulsando
brevemente otra vez se puede volver a la trans-
misión actual, o pulsando durante más tiempo (5
a 7 seg.) imprimir en la impresora (sólo si en el
sistema se ha configurado una impresora).
Cuidado : Si se pierde o se interfiere la
imagen durante la aplicación en el
paciente, coloque la punta distal en la
posición neutral y extráigala suave y cui-
dadosamente del cuerpo del paciente. El
paciente puede resultar gravemente
lesionado si se continúa introduciendo en
el cuerpo el videobroncoscopio sin
apoyo de la imagen.
