Handhabung
Warnung : Falls die distale Spitze nicht mehr
über den Ablenkhebel gesteuert werden kann
(Klemmung usw.) oder sonstige Fehler an der
Abwinkelungsmechanik auftreten, darf dass
Video-Bronchoskop nicht weiterverwendet wer-
den.
Warnung : Falls während einer Anwendung am
Patienten eine Funktionsstörung auftreten sollte,
die Anwendung sofort abbrechen. Die distale
Spitze des Video-Bronchoskops in die neutrale,
nicht abgewinkelte Position bringen und das
Video-Bronchoskop langsam und vorsichtig aus
dem Patienten entfernen.
Warnung : Das Linsenglas am distalen Ende des
Video-Bronchoskops kann sich z.B. durch
mechanische Einwirkung lösen. Deshalb muss
vor und nach jeder Dekontamination das
Linsenglas auf Beschädigung und Vorhanden -
sein überprüft werden.
Vorsicht : Der spürbare Widerstand beim
Abwinkeln der distalen Spitze mit Hilfe des
Ablenkhebels nimmt mit dem Grad der
Abwinkelung zu. Die Abwinkelung sanft und
behutsam ohne schnelle oder ruckartige
Bewegungen bis zum Anschlag steuern.
Vorsicht : Ablenkhebel nicht gewaltsam drehen,
um weder den Patienten zu verletzen noch das
Instrument zu beschädigen.
Die distale Spitze kann durch langsames, behut-
sames kontinuierliches Steuern des Ablenk -
hebels um 180° auf- oder 100° abgewinkelt wer-
den.
Die Ablenkung muss der Anwender vor jedem
Einsatz beherrschen, um ein sicheres Gefühl für
die Abwinkelungsmechanik und besonders für
die neutrale Stellung zu entwickeln.
Handling
Warning : If the distal tip can no longer be prop-
erly controlled (sticking etc.) via the deflection
lever, or if the deflection mechanism develops
any other fault, the Video Bronchoscope must
not be used.
Warning : If a functional defect occurs during
use on the patient, discontinue use immediately.
Put the distal tip of the Video Bronchoscope into
the neutral, non-deflected position and remove
the Video Bronchoscope slowly and carefully
from the patient.
Warning : The lens at the distal end of the Video
Bronchoscope may become detached, e.g. due
to mechanical forces. For this reason, it is
essential to check that the lens is undamaged
and present before and after every cleaning.
Caution : The resistance that can be felt when
deflecting the tip using the deflection lever
increases as the angle of deflection increases.
Actuate the deflection gently and carefully, with-
out any sudden or jerky movements, as far as
the limit stop.
Caution : Do not use force to turn the deflection
lever, to avoid either injuring the patient or dam-
aging the instrument.
The distal tip can be deflected 180° upward or
100° downward by actuating the deflection lever
slowly and carefully.
Before use, the user must always have full con-
trol over the deflection and must develop a sure
feel for the deflection mechanism and in particu-
lar for the neutral position.
Manejo
Cuidado : En caso de que la punta distal ya no
pueda controlarse correctamente (atascamiento,
etc.) a través de la palanca deflectora o si se
produjesen otros fallos en el mecanismo deflec-
tor, el videobroncoscopio ya no debe seguir
siendo utilizado.
Cuidado : Si durante una aplicación en el
paciente se produjera un fallo de funcionamien-
to, interrumpa inmediatamente la aplicación.
Coloque la punta distal del videobroncoscopio
en la posición neutral, no angulada y extraiga
lenta y cuidadosamente el videobroncoscopio
del cuerpo del paciente.
Cuidado : La lente en el extremo distal del vi -
deobroncoscopio puede soltarse, p. ej., por
efectos mecánicos. Por ello, debe verificar la
presencia de la lente antes y después de cada
limpieza.
Advertencia : La resistencia que se percibe al
angular la punta distal con ayuda de la palanca
deflectora se hace más intensa al aumentar el
grado de angulamiento. Controle el angulamien-
to suave y cuidadosamente, sin movimientos
rápidos ni bruscos, hasta el tope.
Advertencia : Gire la palanca deflectora sin apli-
car violencia, a fin de evitar lesiones en el
paciente o deterioros del instrumento.
Mediante un continuado control, lento y cuida-
doso, de la palanca deflectora, la punta distal
puede angularse en 180° hacia arriba ó 100°
hacia abajo.
El usuario debe dominar a la perfección la
maniobra de deflexión y desarrollar un manejo
seguro del mecanismo deflector y, particular-
mente, de la posición neutral.
