Reinigung, Desinfektion,
Pflege und Sterilisation
Die Maschine muss alle an sie gestellten
Anforderungen in Bezug auf Prozessvalidierung,
Reinigungsleistung, Desinfektion und Material -
kompatibilität erfüllen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die
Umgebungsvoraussetzungen bezüglich
Temperatur und Druck (+60 °C ,Toleranz +/- 5%,
und 1 bar für die Kanäle, 0,3 bar Dichtigkeitstest)
nicht überschritten werden.
Es wird nicht empfohlen, zwischen manueller und
automatischer Aufbereitung zu wechseln.
Vorsicht : Den Spülschlauch 11900 RA
mit dem Arbeitskanal verbinden und
über LUER-Lock mit dem RDGE-
Automaten koppeln.
Vorsicht: Prüfen sie vor jeder Reinigung
in halb- oder vollautomatischen Geräten
das Video-Bronchoskop auf Dichtigkeit.
Video-Bronchoskop sorgfältig in den
Korb der Maschine legen.
Spülschläuche an die Kanäle adaptieren
und falls vorhanden, den Leckagetester
der Maschine über Adapter mit dem
Video-Bronchoskop verbinden.
Reinigungs programm für flexible
Endoskope nach den Vorschriften des
Maschinen herstellers benutzen.
Vorsicht: Nach dem Programmablauf
sind die Video-Bronchoskope aufgrund
der Umgebungsbedingungen in der
Aufbereitungsmaschine in hohem Maß
korrosionsgefährdet. Nach Ablauf des
Programms die Video-Bronchoskope
möglichst sofort aus der Maschine neh-
men.
Nach der maschinellen Aufbereitung die distale
Linse und das Okular sowie den Lichtanschluss
am Versorgungsstecker mit einem mit Linsen -
reiniger bzw. 70%igem Isopropylalkohol getränk-
ten Wattestäbchen reinigen und trocknen.
Während des Reinigungsvorgangs der distalen
Linse immer in einer kreisrunden Richtung
wischen.
Cleaning, disinfection, care
and sterilization
The machine must fulfill all the demands made of
it in terms of process validation, cleaning per-
formance, disinfection and material compatibility.
Ensure that the required temperature and pres-
sure (+60°C, with +/- 5% tolerance, and 1 bar for
channels, 0.3 bar leakage test) are not exceed-
ed.
It is not recommended to change between manu-
al and automatic preparation.
Caution : Connect the rinsing tube
11900 RA to the working channel and
couple with the RDGE machine using
the LUER lock.
Caution: Before cleaning in automatic or
semi-automatic devices, always check
the Video Bronchoscope for leakage.
Carefully place the Video Bronchoscope
in the tray of the machine. Connect the
rinsing tubes to the channels and, if
available, connect the leakage tester of
the machine to the Video Bronchoscope
via the adaptor. Use a cleaning program
for flexible endoscopes, following the
machine manufacturer's instructions .
Caution: After the program has run, the
video bronchoscopes are at a high risk
of corrosion due to the ambient condi-
tions in the preparation machine. Once
the program has ended, remove the
video bronchoscopes from the machine
immediately.
After machine preparation, clean/dry the distal
lens and eyepiece, and the light port on the sup-
ply connector with a lens cleaner or a cotton tip
applicator soaked in 70% isopropyl alcohol.
When cleaning the distal lens, always wipe with
a circular movement.
Limpieza, desinfección,
conservación y esterilización
La máquina debe cumplir todos los requisitos
que se le exigen en cuanto a validación del pro-
ceso, potencia de limpieza, desinfección y com-
patibilidad de material. Asegúrese de que no se
exceden los valores ambientales en cuanto a
temperatura y presión (+60°C con una tolerancia
de +/- 5 %, y 1 bar para los canales, 0,3 bares
para la verificación de estanqueidad).
No es aconsejable alternar entre la preparación
manual y la automática.
Advertencia : Conecte el tubo flexible de
irrigación 11900 RA con el canal de tra-
bajo y conéctelos con la lavadora RDGE
a través del cierre LUER.
Advertencia : Compruebe la estanquei-
dad del videobroncoscopio antes de
cada limpieza con aparatos semiau-
tomáticos o completamente automáti-
cos. Deposite el mismo en el cesto de la
máquina. Adapte los tubos a los canales
y, si existiese, conecte el verificador de
estanqueidad de la máquina al video-
broncoscopio con el adaptador. Utilice
el programa de limpieza para endosco-
pios flexibles según las instrucciones
del fabricante de la máquina.
Advertencia : Después de haber finaliza-
do el programa, los videobroncoscopios
en la máquina de preparación corren un
gran riesgo de sufrir corrosión debido a
las condiciones ambientales imperantes
en la misma. Después de finalizado el
programa, retire de la máquina los vi -
deobroncoscopios, a ser posible inme-
diatamente.
Después de la preparación mecánica, limpie la
lente distal y el ocular, así como la conexión de
luz en el enchufe de alimentación con un bas-
toncillo de algodón embebido en un limpiador
de lentes o en alcohol isopropílico al 70 %.
Durante el procedimiento de limpieza, limpie
siempre la lente distal con movimientos circula-
res.
