Handhabung
Vorsicht : Nur das von Hersteller getestete
Instrumentenöl 27656 B verwenden, um eine
Beschädigung des Video-Bronchoskops zu ver-
meiden.
Warnung : Kein Gleitmittel auf die Linse bringen,
um eine Trübung des Bildes und damit Gefahren
für den Patienten zu vermeiden!
Verwenden Sie ein wasserlösliches Gleitmittel für
den distalen Bereich des Einführ schlauches.
Das Lumen während des Einsatzes die ganze
Zeit über beobachten. Falls Sie die Orientierung
dabei verlieren sollten, den Schaft in neutraler
Stellung solange leicht zurückziehen bis die
Sicht wieder hergestellt ist.
Falls das Bild im Einsatz ausfällt, gestört wird
oder verschmiert oder im allgemeinen die Sicht
beeinträchtigt wird, die Abwinkelungsmechanik
in die neutrale Stellung bringen und den Schaft
des Video-Bronchoskops langsam aus dem
Körper herausziehen.

Abwinkelungsmechanik
Hinweis : Die neutrale Stellung der distalen
Spitze hat einen geradlinigen Verlauf, ohne jegli-
che Abwinkelung.
Warnung : Geeignetes Zubehör z.B.
Biopsiezangen nur in neutraler, nicht abgewin-
kelter Position der distalen Spitze in den
Instrumentenkanal des Video-Bronchoskops ein-
führen. Mit eingeführtem Instrument den
Ablenkhebel sanft und behutsam bis zum
Anschlag steuern. Der Ablenkhebel darf niemals
gewaltsam oder ruckartig bedient werden, um
weder den Patienten zu verletzen noch das
Gerät zu zerstören!
Warnung : Bevor das Video-Bronchoskop aus
dem Patienten entfernt wird, muss die distale
Spitze des Video-Bronchoskops in die neutrale
Lage gebracht werden, da sonst Verletzungen
des Patienten auftreten oder Schäden am
Instrument entstehen können.
Handling
Caution : Only use the oil 27656 B which has
been tested by the manufacturer in order to
avoid damaging the Video Bronchoscope.
Warning : Do not apply lubricant to the lens, to
avoid clouding the image and thereby prevent
risks for the patient!
Use a suitable water-soluble lubricant for the
distal section of the insertion tube. Observe the
lumen the whole time during use. If you lose
your orientation, pull the sheath back slightly
into the neutral position until vision is restored.
If, during use, the image fails, is disturbed, or
becomes blurred, or if vision in general is
impeded, put the deflection mechanism into the
neutral position and slowly pull the sheath of the
Video Bronchoscope out of the patient's body.

Note: The neutral position of the distal tip is
straight, without any deflection whatsoever.
Warning : Suitable accessories, such as biopsy
forceps, must only be introduced into the instru-
ment channel of the Video Bronchoscope with
the distal tip in the neutral, non-deflected posi-
tion. Once the instrument has been introduced,
carefully actuate the lever gently as far as the
limit stop. The deflection lever must never be
operated with force or abruptly, to avoid injuring
the patient or damaging the device irreparably!
Warning : Before removing the Video
Bronchoscope from the patient, the distal tip of
the Video Bronchoscope must be put into the
neutral position, as otherwise injuries to the
patient or damage to the instrument may occur.
Manejo
Advertencia : Utilice únicamente el aceite para
instrumentos 27656 B, probado por el fabrican-
te, a fin de evitar deterioros en el videobroncos-
copio.
Cuidado : ¡No aplique ningún producto lubrican-
te sobre la lente, a fin de evitar un enturbiamien-
to de la imagen y, con ello, riesgos para el
paciente!
Utilice un producto lubricante soluble en agua
para el área distal del tubo flexible de introduc-
ción. Observe el lumen en todo momento duran-
te la aplicación. Si al hacerlo perdiese usted la
orientación, extraiga ligeramente la vaina a la
posición neutral hasta recuperar la visibilidad.
Si durante la aplicación, la imagen desaparecie-
se, fuese interferida o enturbiada o la visibilidad
en general se viera afectada de algún modo,
coloque el mecanismo deflector en la posición
neutral y extraiga lentamente la vaina del video-
broncoscopio fuera del cuerpo.

Nota : La posición neutral de la punta distal
tiene un transcurso recto, sin angulamiento
alguno.
Cuidado : Introduzca los accesorios adecuados,
p. ej., pinzas para biopsia, en el canal para ins-
trumentos del videobroncoscopio únicamente
con la punta distal en posición neutral, no angu-
lada. Estando el instrumento introducido, accio-
ne suave y cuidadosamente la palanca deflec-
tora hasta el tope. ¡La palanca deflectora no
debe accionarse jamás con violencia o brusca-
mente, para no lesionar al paciente ni deteriorar
el aparato!
Cuidado : Antes de extraer el videbroncoscopio
del paciente, la punta distal del mismo debe
colocarse en posición neutral, dado que, en
caso contrario, podrían producirse lesiones en
el paciente o deterioros en el instrumento.
