Vorbereitung vor Gebrauch
Hinweis : Vor dem erstmaligen Gebrauch muss
das Gerät, bis auf die Vorreinigung, einem kom-
pletten Aufbereitungszyklus unterzogen werden.
Warnung : Der einwandfreie Zustand des
Video-Bronchoskops sowie des in
Kombination verwendeten Zubehörs ist
vor jeder Anwendung zu überprüfen.
Beschädigte Video-Bronchoskope bzw.
beschädigtes Zubehör dürfen nicht ver-
wendet werden.
Prüfung der Oberflächen
Warnung : Die Oberfläche des flexiblen
Schafts muss optisch und durch vorsich-
tiges Abtasten untersucht werden, um
Risse, Schnitte, Einbuchtungen, Fremd -
körper oder andere Schäden festzustel-
len.
Der einwandfreie Zustand der Oberfläche des
Video-Bronchoskops und vor allem des
Schaftbereichs und der distalen Spitze muss vor
jeder Anwendung auf scharfe Kanten hin über-
prüft werden. Scharfkantige Video-Broncho -
skope dürfen nicht verwendet werden.
Andernfalls können schwerwiegende
Verletzungen des Patienten oder des Anwenders
verursacht werden.
Handling
Preparation prior to use
Note: Before the device is used for the first time,
it must be subjected to a complete preparation
cycle, excluding preliminary cleaning.
Warning : Every time the Video
Bronchoscope is used, you must first
check that it, and any accessories used
in combination with it, are in perfect con-
dition. Damaged video bronchoscopes
or damaged accessories must not be
used.
Inspecting the surfaces
Warning : The surface of the flexible
sheath must be inspected visually and
by carefully feeling it, to detect any
cracks, cuts, dents, foreign bodies or
other forms of damage .
Every time the Video Bronchoscope is used, you
must first check that its surface, and above all
the surface of the sheath and distal tip, is in per-
fect condition and that there are no sharp
edges. Video bronchoscopes with sharp edges
must not be used. Otherwise serious injuries
may be caused to the patient or the user.
Manejo
Preparación para el uso
Nota : El equipo ha de ser sometido a un ciclo
completo de preparación, salvo la limpieza pre-
via, antes de emplearlo por primera vez.
Cuidado : Compruebe antes de cada
aplicación el perfecto estado del video-
broncoscopio y de los accesorios utiliza-
dos en combinación con el mismo. No
siga utilizando videobroncoscopios
defectuosos o accesorios deteriorados.
Verificación de las superficies
Cuidado : Verifique mediante inspección
visual y táctil, palpando con cuidado,
que la superficie de la vaina flexible no
presenta grietas, cortes, ranuras, cuer-
pos extraños u otros deterioros.
Verifique antes de cada aplicación el perfecto
estado de las superficies del videobroncoscopio
y compruebe, sobre todo, que el área de la
vaina y la punta distal no presenten cantos afila-
dos. Los videobroncoscopios con cantos afila-
dos no deben ser utilizados. De otro modo,
podrían producir lesiones graves en el paciente
o el usuario.
