Reinigung, Desinfektion,
Pflege und Sterilisation

Vorsicht : Der Verbindungsschlauch und
der Stutzen zum Verbindungsschlauch
des Absaugzylinder muss in der Führung
des Video-Bronchoskops sitzen.
Absaugventil durch Drehung im Uhrzeigersinn
aufschrauben.
Desinfektion und Sterilisation der
Biopsiezange und der Reinigungs-
bürste
Vor einer Desinfektion oder Sterilisation ist eine
gründliche Reinigung erforderlich. Biopsiezange
von optischen Verunreinigungen befreien und im
Ultraschallbad reinigen. Besonders gründlich
Rückstände wie Blut, Exkremente und Schleim
von der Biopsie zange und der Reinigungsbürste
entfernen.
Desinfektion manuell oder maschinell.
In mikrobiologisch einwandfreiem/sterilem
Wasser spülen und trocknen (Druckluft verwend-
bar). Vor der Sterilisation die beweglichen Teile
vorsichtig ölen. Dazu nur geeignete, dampfbe-
ständige, physiologisch unbedenkliche, rük-
kstandsfreie Öle verwenden (z.B. 27656 B).
Cleaning, disinfection, care
and sterilization
Fix the suction cylinder by pressing onto the port
of the instrument channel.
Caution : The connecting tube and the
nozzle for the connecting tube of the suc-
tion cylinder must be seated in the guide
of the Video Bronchoscope.
Screw on the suction valve by turning clock-
wise.
Disinfection and sterilization of the
biopsy forceps and the cleaning
brush
Thorough cleaning is required before disinfec-
tion and sterilization. Free the biopsy forceps
from any visual soiling and clean in an ultra-
sound bath. Take special care to remove resi-
dues such as blood, excrement and mucous
from the biopsy forceps and cleaning brush.
Disinfection can be performed either manually
or using a machine.
Rinse in microbiologically clean/sterile water and
dry (compressed air can be used). Before steril-
izing, carefully oil the moving parts. For this, only
use suitable steam-resistant, biocompatible,
residue-free oils (e.g. 27656 B).
Limpieza, desinfección,
conservación y esterilización
Fije el cilindro de succión a la entrada del canal
para instrumentos mediante presión.
Advertencia : El tubo flexible de conexión
y el pitón hacia el tubo flexible de cone-
xión del cilindro de succión deben que-
dar asentados en la guía del videobron-
coscopio.
Desenrosque la válvula de succión girando en
el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
Desinfección y esterilzación de las
pinzas para biopsia y del cepillo de
limpieza
Antes de desinfectar o esterilizar es necesario
realizar una limpieza a fondo. Elimine las impu-
rezas visibles de las pinzas para biopsia y lím-
pielas en baño de ultrasonidos. Elimine con
gran minuciosidad residuos tales como sangre,
excrementos y mucosidades de las pinzas para
biopsia y de los cepillos de limpieza.
Desinfección manual o mecánica.
Enjuague con agua microbiológicamente
pura/esterilizada y seque (se puede utilizar aire
comprimido). Antes de la esterilización, lubrique
cuidadosamente las piezas móviles. Utilice sola-
mente aceites adecuados, resistentes al vapor,
fisiológicamente inocuos y libres de residuos (p.
ej., 27656 B).
