Handhabung
Vorsicht : Die distale Spitze des Video-
Broncho skops nicht zu stark drücken.
Kontrollieren Sie den Versorgungsschlauch auf
Beschädigungen (wie z.B. Bruchstellen, Risse,
verdrehte oder gequetschte Stellen...) und den
Versorgungsstecker auf lose Verbindungen.
Untersuchen Sie die Oberfläche des flexiblen
Schafts optisch und durch Abtasten, um Risse,
Schnitte, Einbuchtungen, Fremdkörper oder
andere Schäden festzustellen.
Prüfung der Abwinkelung
Warnung : Den Ablenkhebel sanft und
behutsam bis zum Anschlag steuern.
Der Ablenkhebel darf niemals gewalt-
sam oder ruckartig bedient werden, um
weder den Patienten zu verletzen noch
das Gerät zu zerstören! Den Ablenk -
hebel gleichmäßig langsam bewegen!
Warnung : Vor jeder Anwendung müssen
die Funktionsfähigkeit des Ablenkhebels
und der damit verbundenen distalen
Spitze überprüft werden. Defekte Video-
Bronchoskope dürfen nicht eingesetzt
werden.
Die Abwinkelung der distalen Spitze wird durch
den Ablenkhebel bewirkt. Den Ablenkhebel
langsam drehen, das Endstück sollte sich nach
unten bewegen. Durch Drehen des Ablenk -
hebels entgegengesetzt wird eine Aufwärts -
bewegung erzeugt.
Handling
Caution : Do not squeeze the distal tip of
the Video Broncho scope too tightly.
Inspect the supply tube for damage (such as
breaks, cracks, twisted or squashed sections...)
and check the supply connector for loose con-
nections.
Examine the surface of the flexible sheath visual-
ly and by feeling it, to detect any cracks, cuts,
dents, foreign bodies or other forms of damage.
Checking the deflection
Warning : Actuate the deflection lever
gently and carefully as far as the limit
stop. The deflection lever must never be
operated with force or abruptly, to avoid
injuring the patient or damaging the
device! Move the deflection lever
smoothly and slowly!
Warning : Before use, always check that
the deflection lever and the distal tip
connected to it function correctly.
Defective video bronchoscopes must not
be used.
The distal tip is deflected by means of the
deflection lever. Turn the deflection lever slowly;
the end piece should move downward. Turn the
deflection lever in the opposite direction to pro-
duce an upward movement .
Manejo
Advertencia : No presione con demasia-
da fuerza la punta distal del videobron-
coscopio .
Compruebe el tubo flexible de alimentación en
cuanto a deterioros (p. ej., roturas, grietas, torsio-
nes o aplastamientos ...) y el enchufe de alimen-
tación en cuanto a conexiones flojas.
Verifique mediante inspección visual y táctil que
la superficie de la vaina flexible no presenta
grietas, cortes, ranuras, cuerpos extraños u otros
deterioros.
Verificación de la deflexión
Cuidado : Controle la palanca deflectora
suave y cuidadosamente hasta el tope.
¡La palanca deflectora no debe accio-
narse jamás con violencia o bruscamen-
te, para no lesionar al paciente ni dete-
riorar el equipo! Mueva la palanca
deflectora lenta y uniformemente.
Cuidado : Antes de cada aplicación
debe comprobarse la capacidad de fun-
cionamiento de la palanca deflectora y
la correspondiente punta distal. Los
videobroncoscopios defectuosos no
deben ser utilizados.
La deflexión de la punta distal se efectúa usan-
do la palanca deflectora. Gire lentamente la
palanca deflectora: el extremo final debería
moverse hacia abajo. Girando la palanca deflec-
tora en dirección opuesta, se genera un movi-
miento hacia arriba.
