3.2. Troubleshooting

The PV system does not supply power to the grid as expected or the red alarm LED is
flashing
Please check the display [Log → Event log] for the cause. A short text will appear describing the
event. Please see the table below for information.

3. Start-up and Check of Settings
Remedy
Check that the AC installation is correct accord-
ing to the manual and that all values are within
their specified limits. In particular, verify that
the neutral wire is connected in the junction-
box.
Make a visual inspection of all PV cables and
modules. Check that the installation is correct
according to the installation manual as it could
indicate that the PE connection is missing.
Make sure airflow over the heat sink is not ob-
structed. If the event occurs regularly, call in-
verter supplier.
Turn off both AC and DC power to the inverter.
Once the inverter has lost power turn the AC
and DC back on. If the inverter resumes fail safe
operation, call inverter supplier.
