7. Setup
7.1

Set-up in Service Programs

After first installation or re-installation of the software, major set-
ups have to be done to get the system working properly.

from the starting screen enter password „nussbaum" and con-
firm.
Setup
Using the keys (o), (u), (pageo), (pageu), (z), (v) select them
in the Setup windows and confirm the choice with (E). You can
quit the selection with the <ESC> key.
After all changes have been made, exit and confirm
changes (if wanted) with
The changes become effective only after quitting and
saving. Some changes only get effective by restarting
the software (will be shown on the screen).
7.1.1 Sensor Heads
Type of Sensors:
- Sensors: for WA 900-heads with serial # up to 140 (serial
number is on sticker on the back side of each head).

Serial number
- Radio device: for all WA 920 / 020-heads with radio transmit-
tal
- Robotic: for WAB 01 robot alignment
- Sensors 2003: for WA 900-heads with serial # from to 141
(serial number is on sticker on the back side of each head).
7.1.2 Procedures
- Switch-on Demo:
Switch-on Enabled: software is always started in Demo
mode
Switch-on Disabled: software is always started in live
mode
- Renault Procedures:
Enabled:software is always started in Renault procedure
Disabled: software is starting with chossen values
- AWN Procedure: only together with optional AWN upgrade.
Enabled: receive orders from an other PC via network.
Disable: No orders from an other PC via network available.
- Switch-On Release display:
Enabled: software version will be shown on top of main
screen (also possible to get with Shift+F12 from main
screen).

- Expired calibration message:
Enabled: a message will come up, when the last calibration
is older than 6 months.
