f) Connecting the flight battery
• Push the charged flight accumulator (1) according to
the figure, from the back in the battery shaft (2). The
accumulator'S connection cable must point backwards
in flight direction.
In order to achieve the correct balance, the accumulator
may not protrude beyond the accumulator support.
• Pull out the transmitter antenna completely and turn on
the transmitter.
• Slide the left control stick to the bottom position (see ill.
1, pos. 10, engine-off position).
• Now you can connect the flight accumulator with the
help of the BEC connection (3), which is protected
against wrong polarity on the receiver/controller element
of the helicopter (4).
The triple-pole charge cable (5) is not connected with
the model.
• The receiver/controller module (1) then carries out an
internal alignment that lasts for approx. 2 seconds. The
internal control LED blinks during this time.
The helicopter must not be moved during this time.
When the alignment is completed, both servos run in
neutral position and the control LED (2) flashes
continuously.
If the control LED blinks slowly, no transmitter signal is received. In this case, disconnect the flight
battery immediately and check the function of the transmitter.
For better display, the cabin hood screws were removed for illustration 4 and the cabin hood taken off
towards the front.
