8.5.2.2 Front Circuit Board and Poron Pad Reassembly

1. Place and align the Poron Pad (38) onto the poron pad slot. Apply force around the Poron Pad
and ensure it is perfectly seated onto the slot. (Refer Figure 8-15).
2. Place the Front Circuit Board (36) straight down. Align it to the four housing ribs. Press the top
right edge of the front circuit board to ensure the microphone sealing rubber is fully seated in
place.
3. Tighten the five screws holding the front circuit board with a Phillips screwdriver torque to
1.2 kgf – 1.5 kgf. (Refer Table 8-3 on page 8-17 for torque in other units).
